Rules & Regulations

Please read these Rules & Regulations carefully before using the diamondexchange.bar platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the rules specified below.

1. General Terms

DiamondExch99 is an online virtual simulator and entertainment platform. All bets, winnings, and wallet balances displayed on this website are entirely virtual and intended for simulation and educational purposes only. No real money transactions or gambling takes place on this platform.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must meet the following criteria:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. You must register with a valid phone number via our WhatsApp service to obtain a demo login ID.
3. You must agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment and simulator purposes.

3. Account Usage

Each user is permitted to hold one active demo ID. Sharing account details, brute-forcing passwords, or exploiting bugs/glitches in the odds engine to artificially inflate your virtual balance is strictly prohibited. If any account is found violating these guidelines, we reserve the right to ban or reset the account's history.

4. Betting Rules & Settlement

Our sports exchange simulation matches real-life betting markets (Cricket, Football, Tennis). However:

1. All odds are simulated and live-updated using mock algorithms. They do not represent financial advice or exact physical exchange rates.
2. Bets placed on the live simulator will be settled instantly based on virtual outcomes. Delayed feed or network latency is a normal part of the simulation.
3. We do not offer cash conversion or rewards for virtual winnings accumulated on this site.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to alter, pause, or suspend the simulator service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss of virtual progress, leaderboard ranking, or mock data caused by system restarts, updates, or maintenance.

6. Governing Law

These terms and regulations are governed by local digital entertainment guidelines. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
